Image
Yoooo! Hello everybody! Another week has already come and gone time on the mission is just starting to fly like crazy! I don't know what to think about it haha. Well, I get into a little bit of what we did this week I think to start! So this week all started with Monday and we had P-day we got hair cuts and all was going good for us got some good food and then headed out to go do some contacting! It was kinda sketchy because it's still like pretty dark outside at night around 6 to 9ish but you know it still seems to be effective regardless you just run into drunk people sometimes but they're harmless haha. ( Actually funny side story: A week ago we were walking back from a morning lesson we had at the branch and these two guys were out in front of this bar super super drunk and it was like 10 a.m. or something. They kinda yell us down and stop us and ask us what we are doing. We go ahead and tell them and the one guy asks for a Book of Mormon and we give him one of cour

Hello everybody! How are you all doing? What's new? We had a good week this week it was kind of a roller coaster but we got things done so we can't complain!  Tuesday we had our first lesson with Tatyana who we found last week! It was super amazing!! We were able to get some members with us on the lesson and they killed it! I was so proud of them it was really powerful we talked about the Restoration and how the gospel is such a blessing in our lives as we live it! And how it blesses our families too! She really enjoyed it and really wanted to continue meeting she didn't make it to church this week but we have a return appointment already set up and I think she should make it next week to church. That evening was English practice and we had 22 people there that was a really good number for here! Our practice seems to be growing pretty well! Wednesday we met this guy on the street name Vladimir and had a really good conversation with him. He is an older man a

Hello Hello Hello!!!  Now coming in from a little more Southern, a little more Eastern, a pleasantly warm, wonderfully smelling, good aired, plentifully populated... NIKOLAEV, Ukraine haha. Yeah I guess so first things first I ought to tell you a little bit about the new city and then I'll go into the week! SO... Nikolaev is a really great place! There weather has been so good ever since I got here the coat is up on the rack and now I'm pulling out the sweaters and the light jackets and it's feeling really nice and pleasant I'm not exactly sure how warm it is but today it was kinda feeling like high 40s I'd say and that ain't nothing to frown upon.  Nikolaev is a pretty cool city! There are 500,000 people that live here and it's right on the a river that feeds into the Black Sea so we aren't quite on the ocean but we are real close and they actually build a bunch of boats here it's a really cool looking spot I'll try and get a pic

Alrighty everybody! Big News! The transfer call came and I'm leaving Pobeda...  Pretty sad to say goodbye to my first area! I've loved serving here and the members are just amazing it'll be super sad to go but I know it's where the Lord wants and needs me! I'm heading off to Nikolaev! It's a little more Southern close to the Black Sea a little warmer there and I think super pretty! I'm not really sure! around Odessa is kind of the more fancy part of the country. I'll be serving there with Elder Pedersen! He's been out on his mission for over a year and he is from NORWAY!! So that's pretty cool! I hear that he is a really good worker so I'm excited about that! That will be really great! This week has been a good one! I really enjoyed it and learned a bunch!! We talked to sooo many people it was really cool! There were so many people who stopped and had conversations with us this week and that makes contacting so much more
