Image
Allllrighty! This week was the end of the transfer and it was a really good week!! Saturday we got the transfer calls and I found out I'm headed back to Dnipro to be one of the assistant.! It's a lot of responsibility and I don't totally know exactly what to do in every moment but I'm super excited and ready to work the hardest that I ever have! Its gonna be great! Прощаемся  It was sad to have to say a goodbye to all the people I have worked with in Nikolaev. It's been a good 5 months down there! It was especially sad to say goodbye to some of those that we were teaching. And members of the branch that have become such great friends!  Travel and New  Sunday night I left up to Dnipro so that I could get here today because we had a chuck full week this week! Haha with all the missionaries leaving and all the new ones coming in and leadership meetings etc. There is plenty to do but I'm sure it'll be lots of fun! My new companion is E

Hello everyone!! The weeks just cruise I feel like every other day I'm writing an email about the happenings. haha Zakaria came to church!!  Well first things first happy birthday to my dad!! Hope it's a great one! Love you so much and I'm so grateful for your wonderful example and all you do for me!  Let me get into the dealings then! haha Frisbee SOO on Pday we took it out to the Stadium "Юнисть" with the other Elders and our branch mission leader Vova himself. And we were playing some ultimate frisbee! It was super fun. It was a grim reality of how out of shape I am haha. It's not that bad it's just not what I'm used to after all the years of running track and field. I got to get back into shape mayble we'll start going to the gym. But anyway we had a good time. We only had 5 people their so the running we needed to do was multiplied because 2 on 3 you've got to do a lot more moving to get open. But all in all it

Hello everyone!! This week was a super good one for us! I hope you all had a good week too!! We saw so many tender mercies and learned so many good lessons it was just packed with hard work, joy, and happiness! Being a missionary is such a blessing!  "now, behold, I say unto you, that the thing which will be of the most worth unto you will be to declare repentance unto this people, that you may bring souls unto me," -D&C 16:6 I'm so grateful for my opportunity to serve and help others however the Lord needs me to! Vova This week on Pday we got together with our branch mission leader, Vova he's awesome! He loves doing stuff with us and he's such a good help and support to the missionaries he is awesome. He also really appreciates good food! He loves peanut butter, brownies, tacos, and a bunch more. Those things are just hard to get here so on Pday we got our hands on some taco seasoning and cooked that up and played some games together it was supe

Well hello everybody! Another week has come to a close! It was a really good one! I'll tell you a little bit about what we've been doing! The Glory Days So on monday this past week we took it to the soccer field with the district! It was super hot and we were sweating up a storm but we had some fun together which was awesome! I really enjoyed that! I have like zero soccer skills and in 2 on 2 I think I only had like one goal but it was good to get outside and kick the ball around. I think my athletism is being sacrificed because I've about lost it all haha. But you do what you've gotta to serve so no worries. After some soccer Elder Croxall and I ran a lap around the track. It took me back to my old track and field days. The other Elders didn't believe that I used to be running a 2:08 800m. So they told me to show them what I could do. I'm a little out of shape but thought I could put up a decent 400 haha. I told them I could probably run it sub 72 and I

Hey everyone!!! Another week in Nikotown We had a really good week this week! Things are picking up in Nikolaev it's awesome! We've been getting a lot more contacts which helps us get more meetings which helps us to get even more people to teach!! And best of all Zakaria accepted a Baptismal date!! Woohoo! Miracles!! So the first few days of this week were just filled with amazing miracles! There were many times we were contacting when people would see us and walk right up and started conversations! We met a lot of people that way! And beyond that there were many moments where we were certain that the Lord was guiding us. One specific day we had planned to visit a member in the morning then study the hottest part of the day and contact in the evening! However the Lord had different plans for us! The member wasn't able to meet with us so we moved up our studies and then Sister Dobro called us and asked if we could run over to her apartment and help he out with th
